About Us

The Ripple Effect was created to address the growing need of preparing high school students for the journey of college and career. Our mission is to assist youth in their educational and career endeavors.

Many youth who desire to attend college do not have the knowledge of the process or how to navigate the college system. And once they are in college, making the transition into college can be just as challenging. The same is true regarding career guidance and exploration. Many are unfamiliar with the type of career they could pursue and the steps of getting there.

Goals:

• To expose young people to various career options.
• To help young people build foundational life skills.
